Chocolate Laddu | Coconut White Chocolate Ladoo
Ingredients:
200g white chocolate
1/4 cup whipping cream
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/2 Tsp vanilla
Some roasted nuts
Method:
Microwave chocolate with cream for 40 to 60 seconds & stir.
Add butter and stir until smooth, add coconut flakes and vanilla, mix well.
Let it cool down, cover & refrigerate for a couple of hours until the mixture gets firm.
Take a gooseberry sized ball & place the nut in the centre.
Cover & roll into small a ball.
Roll the ball into coconut flakes. Store that in an airtight container.
